Our apprentices in Plettenberg benefit from a company-owned, modern training workshop — a rarity in this region. This gives our junior staff an optimal grounding for their future professional lives.

Corporate Health Management

As part of our corporate health management, all employees benefit from preventative occupational health care offers and our thematic health days. In addition, we support the healthy nutrition of our employees with the free distribution of fruit and fixed fees for water consumption.

Our employees are subsidised for the regular uptake of health classes, as well as gym-based sports and rehabilitation facilities.

The in-house gym (currently under construction), will soon give every employee the opportunity to improve their health and fitness, outside of working hours. A professionally trained physiotherapist can assist with target group-specific applications and exercises.

Compatibility of work, family and leisure

Our flexible working time systems help to reach the necessary work-life balance, especially that of work and family. An attractively furnished flexitime zone makes it easier to sort out private matters without the need for long-winded holiday applications.

Events such as company celebrations and summer parties encourage employees' families to get to know the company, the jobs and the production facilities. In our view this fosters an atmosphere of togetherness and community well-being.

We also enjoy our closeness to both the Sauerland and Central Saxony, with their numerous leisure activities. Our "Job-Bikes" will help you, among other things, to make the most of the natural environment within these regions.
