Mustafa Oualkadi

Born 1974, since March 2022 as CEO and
Managing director at oso precision.

Graduated in mechtronics from Bochum University of Applied Sciences. As an experienced automotive executive with extensive operational and strategic understanding, his focus is on optimization opportunities and profitable growth. In the last 22 years, Mr. Oualkadi has gained extensive management experience in Germany and abroad. His professional career started at the globally operating automotive supplier Edscha based in Remscheid. From 2014 to 2019, he served as managing director for Edscha in the USA. The global restructuring and optimization of workflows, processes and working methods was his last professional focus. Since March 2022, CEO of Frauenthal Powertrain and spokesman for the Executive Board.

Marc Schneider

Born in 1979, already part of the oso precision family in Plettenberg since 2017, managing director at oso precision since 2021. 

Diplomkaufmann at the University of Siegen, Diplom Volkswirt at the Distance University of Hagen and MBA at the Rhein-Ahr-Campus. The first post-academic assignment was taken up at GIZEH Verpackungen GmbH in 2007 as plant controller and later assistant to the management. In 2009, he moved to the Plettenberg plant (then MAHLE) as plant controller, where he subsequently held the positions of Head of Logistics, Head of Purchasing and Head of Finance & Controlling. Member of the Management Board since 2021.
