A traditional process combined
with state-of-the-art robotics kombiniert

Forging is a millennia-old process for forming components. We have combined this process with the latest robot technology to achieve maximum performance, high quality, and optimal working conditions.

We manufacture connecting rods using energy-controlled hydraulically driven hammers utilising the precision-die forging process. Most of our production equipment is automated: robotic handling of the components throughout the manufacturing process yields low cycle times, constant production parameters, and facilitates consistently high quality.

We also rely on automation supported by modern technology in our quality control. Laser equipment checks forgings for surface defects, and we ensure that all component properties are compliant.

In addition to the hammer lines, mechanical forging presses rated from 1,600 tonnes to 3,150 tonnes are available, allowing us to offer an extended range of forged products.
